1. Social Media Manager


We’re looking for a Social Media Account Manager who can take ownership of client accounts and ensure content is executed smoothly from strategy to publishing.
The Social Media Account Manager will manage a portfolio of client accounts and ensure all content is created, reviewed, and scheduled on time. This role focuses on project management, content creation, and client implementation, working closely with our social media strategist and graphic designer. You will NOT currently be doing the strategy for clients. You will be implementing.

Role Overview

The Social Media Account Manager will manage a a couple of client accounts and ensure all content is created, reviewed, and scheduled on time. This role focuses on project management, content creation, and client implementation, working closely with our social media strategist (owner or OBM) and graphic designer(s). You will NOT currently be doing the strategy for clients. You will be implementing. This is NOT client facing.

You will be responsible for turning strategy into completed, scheduled content that clients approve.

Responsibilities
Client Account Management
  • Manage and oversee multiple social media client accounts

  • Ensure all deliverables are completed and posted on schedule

  • Implement the social media strategy provided by the strategist

  • Communicate updates and revisions internally when clients provide feedback

Content Coordination
  • Assign graphics to the social media graphic designer

  • Ensure all graphics follow the approved content plan

  • Review deliverables to maintain quality and brand consistency

Content Creation
  • Create short-form videos (Reels, TikToks, Shorts) based on provided strategy

  • Write captions and social media copy for posts

  • Ensure content aligns with brand voice and marketing goals

Content Scheduling
  • Upload and schedule posts across social media platforms

  • Ensure all posts go live according to the content calendar

  • Maintain organized content calendars for each client

Revisions & Updates
  • Implement client feedback and requested revisions

  • Coordinate with designers and internal team to update assets

  • Ensure final content is approved before scheduling

Requirements
  • Experience managing social media accounts for businesses or brands

  • Strong writing skills for captions and social media copy

  • Experience creating short-form video content

  • Familiarity with social media scheduling tools (Later, Hootsuite, Metricool, etc.)

  • Strong organization and project management skills

  • Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines

  • Attention to detail and ability to follow strategy

Bonus Skills
  • Experience working in a social media agency

  • Basic video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere, Final Cut, etc.)

  • Understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn growth strategies

  • Familiarity with Canva or basic design tools

  • Familiarity with Clickup

What Success Looks Like
  • All client content is created and scheduled on time

  • Graphics are properly assigned and delivered by designers

  • Client revisions are handled quickly and efficiently

  • Content is consistent with the strategy and brand voice
